My main other qualifications for writing satire are a seething cynicism toward the established order, a fundamental suspicion of all things "normal," and a despairing endurance of decades in the marketing, advertising, and editing worlds. I resides in Knoxville with my lovely and tolerant wife, Dana, our banana-eating dog, Dakota, and three cats, Linus, Lucy, and Bailey, each of whom possesses varying degrees of wickedness.
